Kouki S14 tubefront with removable radiator support and bash bar
CunningFab LLC
wasn't started behind a computer screen—it started in the garage, under a cheap Harbor Freight welding hood. The journey began with a focus on the grassroots drifter. We saw a need for affordable modifications that actually worked, so we got to work fabricating budget-friendly angle kits and welding differentials for local grassroots builds.

We were there to help the home-garage builder get sideways without breaking the bank. That passion quickly evolved from welding diffs into full-scale fabrication, building roll cages, bash bars, and tube chassis. We learned early on what holds up to the abuse of the track and what doesn't.
our print farm consists of upgraded bambu lab p1s's combined with multiple ams, 2x ams2, and ams ht units allowing up to 13 different filaments in 1 print!
The Evolution: Additive Manufacturing
As we pushed the limits of metal fabrication, we realized that many of the small, complex, or discontinued parts needed to finish a build were impossible to make with just a welder and a tube bender.
That’s where the 3D printers came in. We took the same practical mindset used for our angle kits—function, affordability, and strength—and applied it to modern additive manufacturing. We aren't just "printing plastic"; we are fabricating solutions.
Material Science Over "Plastic Parts"
-
Carbon Fiber PPA (PPA-CF)
Our highest-performance material. With extreme stiffness and high heat resistance, this is used for critical engine bay components that need to withstand under-hood temperatures and stress.
-
ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate)
The gold standard for exterior parts. Unlike ABS, ASA is UV-stable and weather-resistant, meaning your cowl covers, trim pieces, and vents won't turn yellow or chalky in the sun.
-
PETG
The reliable choice for interior components, gauge pods, and functional accessories. It offers great durability and chemical resistance for parts inside the cabin.
DESIGN. PRINT. RACE.
This isn't just a slogan; it is our process. We are enthusiasts first. We drive S-chassis, we wrench on engines, and we understand the frustration of a part breaking mid-event. Every product we sell is designed in-house, manufactured in the USA, and tested on real vehicles.
