Custom Fabrication & Chassis Work

We build safety and structural components designed to withstand the abuse of the track while maintaining a factory-level fit and finish.

  • Roll Cages: From 4-point street bars to full, competition-spec multi-point cages. We fabricate cages compliant with major sanctioning body rulebooks (Formula Drift, SCCA, NASA), ensuring your safety is paramount.

  • Tube Chassis Construction: Custom tube fronts and full tube chassis fabrication. We optimize for weight reduction, rigidity, and serviceability.

  • Bash Bars: High-clearance front and rear bash bars designed to protect your vehicle’s critical components during tandem battles or track days. Available in bolt-on configurations for various chassis.

  • General Custom Fabrication: If you can dream it, we can weld it. We offer TIG and MIG welding services for custom exhaust systems, seat mounting solutions, suspension reinforcing, and custom brackets.

3D CAD & Additive Manufacturing

Modern problems require modern solutions. We utilize advanced engineering tools to design parts that are impossible to make with traditional methods alone.

  • 3D CAD Design: We take your rough sketches or concepts and turn them into precise 3D digital models. We focus on proper tolerancing and functional geometry to ensure your parts fit right the first time.

  • 3D Printing Services: Utilizing high-performance materials (such as Carbon Fiber Nylon, ASA, and Polycarbonate), we produce rapid prototypes for fitment testing and functional end-use parts. Whether you need a custom gauge pod, an intake duct, or a hard-to-find trim piece, we can print it.

SR20 Dual Guide Shim Conversion

Eliminate the SR20’s most notorious weakness, throwing a rocker arm. Our Dual Guide Shim Conversion is the ultimate reliability upgrade for any SR20DET cylinder head seeing high RPMs or aggressive driving.

The factory SR20 valvetrain typically uses a guide shim on one valve and a flat shim on the other. Under high load or limiter bashing, this design allows the rocker arm to slide laterally and eject itself—"throwing a rocker"—often causing catastrophic damage to the cam and valves.

The Solution:

We precision machine the tip of each valve stem to get each pair to exact tolerances. This machining allows us to install OEM Nissan guide shims on both valves under a single rocker arm, rather than just one. This reduces the need for machining guide shims and having multiple different sizes on hand for test fitting.

Benefits:

  • Rocker Arm Retention: By cupping the rocker arm on both sides with guide shims, lateral movement is virtually eliminated, preventing the rocker from sliding off the valves.

  • Factory Geometry: All machining is calculated to maintain the rocker angle strictly within Nissan factory specifications, ensuring proper contact patches and valvetrain geometry.

  • High-RPM Reliability: Significantly reduces the chance of valvetrain failure during drifting, track abuse, or limiter usage.
