1. Material Specifications

We utilize industrial-grade thermoplastics engineered for specific environments. Please ensure you are buying the right material for your intended application.

• Carbon Fiber PPA (PPA-CF):Application: Engine Bay & High-Stress Components.Properties: High thermal resistance, excellent stiffness, and chemical resistance to oil, gasoline, and coolant.Limit: Engineered for under-hood temperatures. While extremely durable, avoid direct contact with exhaust manifolds or turbo housings.
• ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate):Application: Exterior Trim, Vents, & Cowls.Properties: The gold standard for outdoor use. Highly resistant to UV radiation (sunlight), rain, and temperature fluctuations. Unlike ABS, ASA will not yellow or become brittle over time.
• PETG:Application: Interior Accessories & Low-Stress Parts.Properties: Durable and chemically resistant.Warning: Do not use PETG inside the engine bay. It does not have the thermal ceiling required for under-hood environments.

2. Installation Warnings

• Do Not Over-Torque: We strongly recommend hand-tightening all fasteners. Do not use impact guns or excessive force, as this may crack the component. Use washers where applicable to spread the load.
• Fitment Verification: Always test-fit the part before final installation. If modification is required, please contact us first.

3. Shipping Policy

• Lead Times: As many of our products are manufactured in-house, please allow 1–3 business days for production and processing before your order ships.
• Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking numbers are provided automatically via email upon dispatch.
• International Shipping: The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Defective Items: If you receive a part that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund immediately.
• Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" once an order has been processed.
• Fitment Issues: If a part does not fit your specific setup, please contact us. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

• Personal injury or accidents.
